Had a very enjoyable experience with my family. The view of sandton city was wonderful and the proximity to the city was great as well.
The beds were extremely comfortable and the two bedroom apartment was very spacious.
The only criticism I have is that the cleaning was subpar and could do with some improvement.
But it’s definitely a home away from home.

Security is very strict with noise levels. Wouldn't recommend for parties, your night will be ended early by security switching your lights out.

Great place to go if you're looking for a luxurious experience under a tight budget. Pool area, gym and room services are all brilliant. Lower floors are where most of the full time residents stay and the higher ones are mostly for the people who are looking to spend the weekend there. Very close to Nelson Mandela Square (walking distance). No complaints. 5 star.

Well priced if you book via booking.com

The apartment was equipped well and located centrally, however , the check-in process is slightly peculiar, whereby the deposit is required in cash and cash only. You also have to request blankets (which is quite absurd considering Gauteng weather).

The conceirge staff are helpful and friendly!

Room was serviced but no towels were replaced, bathroom was not cleaned, bed was broken and uncomfortable, could not get ahold of reception.

The aircon was not working The gentlemen who came in to fix was loud and eating whilst checking the aircon .. The lady who came in to clean was not using a mask.. The lady left the cloths that she used to wipe the bathroom etc on the kitchen counter .. She put the towels whilst i was cooking in the machine..ignoring me been present with my food exposed whilst filling the machine with washing powder from an old butter container rhat was spilling all over. She said she will wash and tumble dry the towels ..we must re-use the same towels Up until we checked out..the towels were still in the machine.... The Bellboys(Men) that helped us with our bags were the most friendliest and helpful..polite and professional..Thank You Guys

It's a beautiful place the decor is stunning but some areas isn't maintained properly. The oven wasn't working nor the espresso machine. The shower heads are dirty and isn't spraying. The cleanliness is poor. The place was dusty and visible neglected. The balcony was filthy and dirty and a dirty mop was displayed on it. The widows and frames and the door leading to the balcony is full of dust and dirty. The door locks in the one room is broken.
