Westay westpoint apartment in 89 Grayston drive,Sandton Johannesburg is everything I saw online and even more. The pool was heated though was winter and was very great to enjoy a good swim! The apartment was very clean with fairly modern equipments. There were two heaters in the apartment and they even gave us extra blankets when we needed them.Fresh towels were provided also regularly. The security was top notch at the premises. You need a code to access the premises. The concierge were also very helpful especially Loius. The premises is strategically close to Sandton city Mall where you find The Nelson Mandela Square. There is also the Benmore shopping centre down the street . Moving around Johannesburg is not a problem as Uber is easily accessible. Even to and from the airports.Staying in Johannesburg for a good amount of days? Then Westay Westpoint is the ideal location.

This place I have a good time what was amazing place room big and comfortable bed our holiday was fantastic everything is there unique no stress out at all

Please replace the pillows in the main bedroom.My sleep was not comfortable.
Otherwise, an awesome stay,clean and well maintained.

The aircon was not working
The gentlemen who came in to fix was loud and eating whilst checking the aircon ..
The lady who came in to clean was not using a mask..
The lady left the cloths that she used to wipe the bathroom etc on the kitchen counter ..
She put the towels whilst i was cooking in the machine..ignoring me been present with my food exposed whilst filling the machine with washing powder from an old butter container rhat was spilling all over.
She said she will wash and tumble dry the towels ..we must re-use the same towels
Up until we checked out..the towels were still in the machine....

The Bellboys(Men) that helped us with our bags were the most friendliest and helpful..polite and professional..Thank You Guys

This place needs new management or something- furniture is old, no house keeping DURING THE WEEKEND!!!, tea, coffee and sugar was not enough, our apartment was not clean upon arrival- and we checked in at 16h00. No one came to check if the towels are clean. The pool was dirty for the 3 days we stayed. appliances need replacement. No dish swaps and dish washing liquid - so if you're staying longer it meant we had to stay in a dirty place. No answer when you call reception! I didn't enjoy my stay camping in the bushes would have been better! Not GREAT PLACE AT ALL.

It's security is absolutely good. It's clean and harmonious. Perfect for any family yo live in.

Good area good furniture and decor but visibly dirty. Broken door and oven. Shower head clogging and not spaying nicely. Bedding needs changed has holes in it.
