Yummy food ! Excitement buzzing !.

Food :
- We tried a yummy burger it was delicious.

Ambiance / Atmosphere:
- Relaxing ! It’s a relaxing atmosphere that is buzzing with few people, it also is very nice that it is outside in the open.

Staff / Management :
-This is the area this restaurant drops it’s ratings, terribly slow service.
Waiter took forever to come to us, service was not great but delicious food.

The service was bad. Waiter did not come check up on me. I didn't feel like I was welcomed because while I was talking to one of the waiters they assisted another customer while I was still speaking to them. The food arrived separately, I ordered a burger and chips and the burger arrived first followed by the chips. The burger was cold to show that it had been long after it was prepared. I'm very disappointed. Unfortunately I did not tip the waiter as the service was bad

Nice burger, but a little too soft bun. Very tasty fries. Be aware that the prices do not include the tax, which we had to pay extra!

On the 22nd July 2022 I ordered food using the Uber Eats app and chose to go collect it. I got the notification that my good was ready. I went to store level and told on the waitresses that I was there to collect my food. I was left there unattended. I literally had to call the store while I am at store level. I remember the lady with some blonde hair who was told to attend to me but she just ignored me and carried on with operating the till. I honestly love their food however their customer service is appalling.

It was a delicious Burger but the bun could be dryer than it is. It was very exhausting to pay the bill in a group cos the bill listed each (!) individual component of the burger in an unsorted order. The prices don't include the tax, you pay it extra.

Nhlanhla Emmanuel Nkomo provided my family and I with world class service. He went beyond the call of duty for his customers. A very polite, respectful and client centric personality. He places his customers first in everything he does to ensure that his clients are kept happy. Keep up the great work

Friendly, helpful staff. Meal took less than 8 mins after ordering. Extremely delicious. Highly recommend.
