Went to the car wash this morning for an outside wash and dry. Very poor job was done. Dust and mud was still in all the car doors, the roof and back window was not dried. I had to spend time to actually tidy up the outside once I got home. Not what you expect when you pay for a service. And above all I was asked to also tip.

Just had my car washed at this total, only to come home and see the roof of my car full of scratches? Now it'll cost me an entire buff and polish to HOPEFULLY get those marks off of my car? If not I'll have to get even more done all because I trusted a car wash place to wash my car without damaging it?

Highly unsatisfied. Paid for a valet car wash packages (R155). Got back my car with all the dust (NB white dust, not stains) that was on the seats before I came. My car has been looking much better after a R70 simple wash elsewhere (here and elsewhere). Called the manager ... response is "We do not wash seats, we only vacuum.We will do you your next car wash for free". But obviously they did NOT vacuum the seats. So I am really dissapointed. Promise of free future service is NOT an apology or the best way to remedy a job badly done.

Terrible service at carwash. Paid R130, just to get back a dirty car and one of the guys broke the automatic window control button. Won't reccomend them at all. I'll definitely wash my car somewhere else in the future.

The worst service I have experienced at a Total fuel station. They are not friendly towards costumers who ONLY REFILLS there because of the Dischem-Total benefit agreement. 'The system is down'. Or like today. 'Good day sir'- in other words, I am done serving you, go away.
I would rather serve myself than go there again.

Highly unsatisfied with the customer service of the petrol attendants. While they busy refueling, they constantly ask you for a tip, even suggesting putting less fuel in so that they can have the change.

Engen Bird street have by far the best customer service without a doubt.

Good car wash, they actually take the time to do it properly. I have heard complaints about thievery at the wash, so I drive my car and stick around while they do it, but the best actual washing at any place.
