We had a wonderful stay overnight after the Durban July. Check-in in the morning was super efficient and t the house keeping staff went out of the way to get our room ready for an early check in.
Buffet breakfast was really great with an amazing spread.
Our check-out after breakfast was really good too. A special mention must be made for the help and honesty of the reception Staff. My wife left an Ornamental Bee which she was given as a gift on the counter at reception and as we were rushing we only realized it had not been packed on Sunday evening. Just one phone call to the reception desk and the "Bee" was located and kept for us.
We are really grateful and a BIG shout out to those caring staff.

You dont give bad reviews when you have a bad experience once, but when you visit the same place and the experience does not change, you know there is a problem.

This is really a convenient hotel and amenities are great, but the staff working here, from reception to the breakfast serving counters have forgotten that they are in the hospitality business. They are just outright rude from the first engagements and all seem extremely unhappy.

Wake up Garden court Management, and so something before you start losing guests.

I don't see myself staying at the hotel again, room was a bit small for 2 adults. The hotel didn't have any way of warming up takeaways, needed up throwing the takeaways. Only reason I gave 3 stars was because of the great service I got from the staff.

My wife and i stayed for a week. The room was very clean and smelled absolutely amazing. the bed was super comfortable. The room was cleaned everyday. The bathroom was clean and the shower was amazing. Even though there was loadshedding everyday, the lights stayed on thanks to the hotel's generator. It was very quiet, even though thre were some groups having a function in the courtyard. The noise was kept to a minimum and by Ten it was over. On the first night we had a problem with the safe. after reporting it, maintenance was on it the same time. {Excellent Service}. One of the nights it was much cloder than usual. we asked for an extra blanket and within minutes housekeeping brought us the blanket. we were very impressed with the prompt service. i have to mention the staff. My compliments to them. They were absolutely amazing. From the cleaner to the servers in the restaurant. Such friendly sand efficient service was unexpected. it really made our stay worthwile. The Breakfast and supper buffet in the restaurant was amazing. a large variety of dishes to choosde from. It was absolutely deliscious. A small little issue though, is some of the tables in the restaurant were a bit wonky(unstable). But overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely be back and will reccomend to friends and family. Thank you.

We stayed here over the weekend, and our experience was amazing! ????????????
From the moment we stepped out of our vehicle we were mesmerised by everyone's hospitality! All the staff are so welcoming u0026 friendly, very well trained! The concierge staff, the receptionists, the bar staff, the waiters, room service staff, breakfast service staff, chefs, hotesses just everyone was so amazing! They really treated us well!
The hotel itself is so classy, the rooms are clean and comfy.
The dining/ bar area is elegant, serving tasty food u0026 drinks!
Lovely pool area and the water was amazing!
This is definitely a wonderful establishment to stay at... And we will absolutely be visiting again soon!!! ????????????

Stayed here twice. Brilliant service from the staff. The family rooms are spacious and well priced. Will definitely look to book to stay again.

A nice place to meet for business. Lovely surroundings in Upper Umhlanga, if I may say so.

The Business centre is situated within a nice bar lounge. Good place
