Hi my mum was recently admitted into Ward A and I must say the treatment was superb .I needed information and the very efficient and hands on Unit Manager Michael went over and above to assist me . Also thanks to Dr Primod Reddy who is an exceptional human being and treating mum throughout covid period not to mention his assistant Kas .
The only negative I do have is that when a patient is admitted and has scans and xrays done ...had to wait for 2 days until I asked for the outcome . Perhaps the turnaround time here should be hastened . Keep up the good work Gateway !!!!

Food is terrible. Service of nurses are bad. The night staff are better. Some nurses are useless at putting drip injections in ( i had 2 different nurses)
Reception i had to wait 45 minutes to be checked in. The linen is old and some sheets the holes have been sewn together.I would not recommend this hospital

They will send you a pre Auth of ( x) amount to get approved and once your procedure is done they will bill you for three times the amount even without any complications. No one will tell you why and will be very fast to say you signed to say "shortfalls will be due to you". You have undone all the hard word by the amazing staff.

It has taken me 6 phone calls to try and get through to C ward this morning to check on a patient. 3 of the calls were put down on me as they were transferring them. It took ages for the calls to be answered to begin with. Only after saying if i didn't get through this last time, i would then like to speak to the hospital manager, did my call go through. Very disappointed as never had this problem before.

Parking was a nightmare especially if you got pain in your legs and you must walk to the Doctors rooms. Doorman was very polite and caring. Hospital itself was clean and seem to be proffessional, will let you know after operation

My dad, Mr SM Singh passed away at this hospital. The nurses were exemplary with him and me during the course of his treatment, and after his death.
