I enjoyed my 4 nights stay. Clean environment, friendly staff, safe neighborhood and close to shops and major offices. It would be nice to have dinner served on site as well. Highly recommend.

Terrible doesn't begin to describe the service I received.
I honestly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I had made a reservation for a specific room with a balcony but was allocated ground floor.

I then showed them my confirmation letter which clearly stated the the room I had booked (via booking.com, but the lady by the name Sandra told me no we are giving that room to someone who will be staying 7 days (yet I had booked the room first) Sandra was extremely rude to an extent that she told me to F off.

I am terribly disgusted and I will make my mission to report it to her superiors and booking.com...This type of behavior is intolerable and degrading to the establishment.

Terrible hotel. Very run down. The door handle of the shower fell of as I gripped it. Our bedroom door kept opening. We had to lock it to ensure it would not open. The plugs were faulty and therefore my hair dryer kept switching off. We had limited dstv channels. The place needs a lot of work.

Absolutely horrible establishment besides the service. We were welcomed by a friendly Richard. Pictures on the net are deceiving, clearly old ones. The TV remote was broken and had black tape to prevent the batteries from falling out, the dstv had the lowest package, our bedroom door would open if not locked, our bathroom door did not close at all, shower door handles fell off as I closed the door. I was doing my hair, the plug was faulty an my hair dryer kept going off. There was no one to iron our clothes but at least I was allowed to. They are not strict with check out. We were two hours late an not charged. This place has potential

We had a pleasant stay. Staff were polite and breakfast was nice. But the beds were hard and uncomfortable, and I wouldn't go back as a result. As another google review mentioned, the place just felt a little "tired".
