We checked in yesterday and was rudely welcomed.I asked the receptionist what time does the spa open and she responds by I DON'T KNOW, you should know if you work here right!? The rooms are deceiving on the website, our room is stuffy and the bathroom is dirty.the guest in the room next to ours made noise from the time of our arrival till the next day, when I called the receptionist to complain, she asked me, 'what do you want me to do!'. A waste of my money coming to this dump.

I have to say that after a weekend stay at lapa light house I was impressed a truly wonderful place to be on and very friendly host, the breakfast was top of the range. I had booked a message and I have to say after that massage i wished i could stay forever. The pool is amazing and have to say they deserve 9stars if it was ever possible

Love the tranquility and friendliness of all.Everything beautiful and clean.
They now offer Massages and Beauty spa treatments around the pool area which is stunning.

Lapa lighthouse was great. Very well located, beautiful pool and the room itself was amazing. The Wi-Fi connection was quite bad as I would constantly struggle. However apart from that it was an enjoyable stay.

They have puppies that aren't locked away, not everyone is a dog lover. Ended up not even going for a swim at the pool due to the dogs.

The staff are very welcoming and try to make you feel at home but for a 4 star, there are quite a few things that need some attention.
