Ordered a half a chicken on Uber Eats. It was ready in 5 minutes. I discovered why when I got it. Arrived cold, dry, hard. It was definitely just reheated. Worst chicken I've ever had. Don't bother.

Really like this place, grab their burger every time I drive past. However, my past experience wasn't great, burger rolls were stale and the chips became very soggy which I think had something to do with the type of packaging.

They are very hot but then in an enclosed box which created a lot of steam.

What an amazing place! Consistently great service and super friendly staff. We had one small issue (they forgot to add avo to my boyfriends meal) but that was solved within minutes! A really great franchise! For all vegetarians, there are options for us! I always opt for the veggie chicken burger which is always super tasty :)

Really good vibe and food. Open early and closes late. Great for simple breakfasts and a buzzing night-stop.

Modern rustic decor creates a very cozy environment. Charging ports for laptops, USBs and phones are available.

Afro’s Chicken certainly has its own unique taste. It’s different to Nando’s, KFC and other current competitors. We first entered the shop to browse the menu and when we left we were given 2 vouchers. One for a free meal (worth R49) and one for a free fries.

After some thought we returned and ordered a chicken and avocado wrap and claimed the two vouchers. The service was smooth but there was some confusion with the vouchers.

The wraps were slightly cold when we received them and so were the chips. The packaging was solid however. They also appeared to have forgotten the additional chips we ordered.

Upon unravelling the wrap I noticed a soggy composition, thankfully the chips retained its texture. Unfortunately the wrap was just a soggy mess and deteriorated pretty quickly into its individual components.

Overall, I can commend the taste and level of service received in terms of product promotion. This degree of quality is slightly concerning due to the recent development of this business. The decor, concept and location is prime and I wish this particular newly established franchise the best of luck.

Love Afro's, I'm quite a regular. Meals are tasty, delish and such a great price too! So in love with their strips, coleslaw and tjips combo as well as their wrap. Also had their salad, but not completely sold on it just yet.
