I really loved this hotel! It's further out from the city center, which was a great thing for me-- very quiet, no party atmosphere. Clean, beautiful (!) plants everywhere, and every staff member I've met has been so kind and helpful.

Staff welcoming and helpful, it's an older place , lots of separate rooms and suites, which has been renovated with charming little nooks in which to sit, drink coffee and chat. Pool looked inviting, easy chairs around area.Gardens lovely, clean, comfortable bed, lovely linen. Honesty bar operating and easy to order out for food. Unfortunately there were endless power outages when I was there, not the guest house's fault but rather dampened the mood on occasion. They did have generator but no plugs , of course. Did get one breakfast, really delicious egg and bacon and lots of choice and all appetizing and well presented. Enjoyed my time there, would like to go again when NO load shedding!!

I liked everything, great service. The aircon in room 20 need to be looked into though.

Thank you to the team and management for a brilliant stay, from the awesome breakfasts to the lovely rooms that are serviced daily. Great value and a truely safe and lovely setting

Nice hotel. Clean rooms too. Honour bar very handy. Two small pools. Good breakfast. WiFi exceptionally good. Nice dog. Reception helpful. Only minor problem was getting in on arrival late at night - had to press buttons and bells before someone let me in. Only downside was that during breakfast I opened a tomato sauce plastic bottle and the whole contents exploded over my face, torso, the table and floor. The mess was cleared away but something must have been very wrong with that bottle! Quite funny if you were a bystander I’m sure !!

Crisp clean sheets, good location, fast wifi and one of the best breakfast selections you'll find. What else could you want?
