Had one of the best Hot Chocolates, really great service. The back seating is quite aesthetic for Coffee Date pictures and their croissants are great, would definitely recommend the Choc Chip one though.

Toasted Trout and cream cheese bagel not even good enough to give a dog so was so hard could not even bite through it. Cappucino was good though but seriously for that price I expect better quality food

Get there and the shop is closed when the operating hours state they open. Update the correct times

Ordered 3 take away coffees this morning in a rush because I was expecting company. The employee who took my order was half asleep and had such a drab attitude. The guy who made the coffee made the wrong order and mixed up all the coffees he was half asleep and drab as well. Terrible communication between employees. They took forever to make the coffees and I had to ask for a tray to carry all the coffees which they had to search for. There were no stirrers on display for me to use and were searching high and low to find them taking more of my time and I eventually asked them to leave it as I had no time to waste. No chocolates with the coffee I had to ask. Overall bleak coffee experience.
