My daughter and I visit Bling Kenilworth Centre regularly mainly because it's the closest to where we reside and my daughter likes to maintain her nails and make up. I have never really enjoyed shopping there, because the service wasn't particularly up to scratch and the store was always full.
We visited the store on 1 Feb because I felt the need to spoil myself a bit after being ill for quite a while. I selected 6 gel nail polishes. Only after I applied the polish, did i realise that something was horribly wrong as my nails remained clear. The instructions were very small which I was unable to read and asked my daughter - where it stated that the polish had to be dried by a UV light,, which I never had. I few days later when I was well enough, I phoned them. I didn't have my slip and the prompt outstanding assistance I received from Narriman Stemment has caused me to want to write this review. She resolved that matter almost immediately and I was able to return the polish and a refund of the remaining balance. This young lady left me so impressed by her service, friendliness and professionalism that I have no other option but to give this store a five star rating. Also thanks to Nakita for assisting with the refund. Well done ladies
