The store on a whole is always so organized and the staff is always willing to assist.just that I bought lamb bones last week,and they really mean to make it into lamb bones as there was hardly any meat on the bones and it is like all over R60 a packet,but definitely not worth a buy.that was very dissapointing.i will definitely not buying it again.they should put those bones in the freezer with the dog food and not sell it to the customer's for consumption and to make a pot of food to serve to one's family.#verydissapointed for those lamb bones.

Called this store to enquire about warm foods. Was put through to various departments to eventually no answer at the correct department after waiting several minutes.
My guess was telling someone they will put you you through relevant department diesnt mean much if they actually dont know what departments exist

A plsure to shop at this branch. The service and friendly staff at this Woollies are commended for going the extra mile to assist their customers without hesitation. Our return of goods went off well without a hitch and was attended to in the miinimum amount of time. If you're looking for attentive staff and people who love their jobs this is the place to shop. I nearly forgot to mention their super snacks at their deli .. delicious chicken strips and beef puffs will make your mouth water and make you return again and again ..

Great service. Love the barbecue schnitzel, they do not always have stock. I make sure I stock up when I see it.????????

I called in and asked the assistant to keep an item aside. I walked in and collected the item which was in a place that everyone on duty in customer service was aware of. 100% satisfied. Kudos to Candice
