I would give them 4 stars but this mornings experience is pretty bad. We went there to buy cooked chicken , and was told there were no serviettes or any plastic cutlery and if we wanted, then we were welcome to buy from the store, and if we had any problems , then we could go and adress it to the store manager, all the while complaining about work , while serving customers. The reason for lack of serviettes was " the lockdowns" which happened almost two years ago. The Checkers down the aisle looks much cleaner any way so we will go there next time.

PickNPay is my all time favourite supermarket. Know the layout of the shop which makes shopping a breeze. They have the most helpful u0026 friendliest of staff members. Rate them 100%

Rump and Porterhouse steaks advertised at R119,99 per kg were on the shelves marked at R169,99 per kg - a R50/kg difference! An utter rip-off!

These advertised specials are valid from Monday, 3rd to Sunday, 9th October yet on day 3 (Wednesday, 5th October) Kenilworth Centre’s store had not bothered to price their stocks correctly.

A lady at the butchery counter said “go and select your packs and I will reprice them for you” and it appeared that she had no intention of repricing the balance of the stock on the shelves. It was only when we told her that we were going to put a review on Google to warn other customers that she started removing the rest of the packs from the shelves to, hopefully, reprice them.

How can any store be into their 3rd day of the week’s promotions and not have changed the prices to reflect correctly?

Has most of things you'd have listed for monthly shopping.
Staff are generally quite kind (from experience, at least) and have been rather helpful.
[Acknowledging that service may vary by day, time and request]

Relatively sanitary (would still recommend a good hand wash/thorough sanitize if you are immunocompromised, or are in contact with such a person/s.)

It being in a mall, with several other shops from which you can retrieve the same items, means that you may scout prices and compare (if you wish to do so.)

Great size with a lot if variety, also the queues move quickly and they open all the tills if its busy unlike some other stores.
