Great gym, great vibe, great trainers, great location, great value. The gym is kinda "grimy", but in a good, authentic way. They teach boxing too, so if you're after trendy boxercise classes, this might not be your vibe. The coaches are friendly, the vibe is welcoming, and the workout is very real.

Been to many boxing gyms around cape town. This one is definitely up there woth the best. Friendly trainers, family atmosphere and hard sessions.. keep it up guys!

The best place to train and get fit. The personal sessions are worth it and the group classes are very effective.
