Location is great and the rooms are big! But I can’t say I would recommend it unless you are looking for basic accomodation on a tight budget and don’t want to go to a backpackers:
Issues below:
1. anyone enquiring to stay, do call the hotel and ask if construction is still happening next door. It’s 9pm and the workmen are still busy. It’s extremely loud and I was told second floor is quiet.
2. Not all rooms have smart TVs, the ones that do you need your own DSTV/Netflix login details
3. No milk in the rooms for tea and coffee
4. The plug points are far from the bed, so no choice but to move the bed if you need your phone/laptop plugged in
5. Hot water ran out

For the price I am sure you can find better in an Airbnb

I am really disappointed as I checked in last week Friday midnight and had to be our by 10am Friday .I asked really politely for a late check out and the lady on duty was very firm NO.
The gentleman was very friendly helped carry my bags.
I rushed to check out at 10am and forgot a very expensive personal pillow of my mine which costed 900rands. I called an hour later and they said they will call me back they still have not contacted me and I was the one calling them all the time amd today is Wednesday 14 September and I checked in on Friday 9th September midnight and checked out same day 10am.
The kettle was faulty.
The bathroom was gross.
There was 3 flies disturbing me all night.
Lady at the hotel does not seem very interested in helping me well that is how she is making me feel.
Such bad service from her side.
They cannot find my pillow even though I called an hour later and it's completely different to their pillows they use.
I deserve to be compensated and hold the hotel responsible for my missing items
I also forgot my new underarm Nivea
Green juice in the fridge
I am ok with with those two items but I would like them to.pay me out for my pillow. I find this highly disturbing and unprofessional.

They have not tried once to call me back and apologize for the inconvenience or anything I would like management to take action soonest.

When we arrived last night we had no hot water to bath or shower. The room is extremely noisy and we had no milk for our morning coffee.

There was screams coming from another room across the hall way which sounded like some was fighting, luckily the security handled it in a professional manner and resolved the issue quickly.... The staff was friendly and helpful, just the rooms were cold and had a cold atmosphere to accompany the dull interior also no two point plugs available in the rooms

Location was excellent. Our room had a small sea view and just a short walk down to the promenade. The hotel is at the back of a popular breakfast spot called Jarryds, which meant we could order room service from there. Although a very basic apartment, it has all you need. And if you require anything more the staff were very happy to help. Daily room service, cleaning and excellent fast wifi, we were able to work from there and take video calls with ease. Private parking on their premises is also rare in Sea Point. Very good for the price point! Would definitely be back.

Arrived there Saturday,the room’s are clean. The next day when they came to clean they did not refill the coffee station,there was no milk we had coffee with no milk, yesterday we left without having coffee.they only left five roses tea bag I was so disappointed.

Good value, safe location with lovely restaurants and a short drive for night life, the rooms are not extremely fancy - but the staff will go out of their way to make you comfortable and happy.
