I've never had such terrible service in my entire life. It was so terrible I even felt the need to write a review. I never thought it was necessary and always let things slide but I can't believe how unnecessarily rude your server was. I could have sworn I did something to her because she was so rude and had no nice way of speaking to me. When my order was ready she rudely called us and gave the ugliest look ever? I don't understand??? What an unwelcoming and unpleasant experience. I won't come here again.

I come here often and the service as always good up until my last visit on the 26.06.19 . I placed an order for a Boerewors burger I waited longer than usual for the order 10-15 min I did not but when my order number was called I did not receive what I had ordered.
I let them know about the error and they notified me that it will be corrected I then had to wait another 15minutes before this could be rectified. I had to leave as I had to be back at work for a scheduled meeting. Very poor service I will definitely not be visiting this branch again sorry.
Clearly they have no communication and team working structure in place everyone working way too casually and no sense of urgency .
It was not even that busy when I visited.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL !!!!
Firstly, they missed out on five of our orders, four pricey burgers were missing and a 10 piece nuggets was not present, horrible customer service, and they refused to acknowledge the missing orders, until management was called. Do not buy here, unless you want to be served a nice hot cup of disrespect.

Was a great place to eat with drinks as much as you can. Rapid service and close to the the souvenir market and shopping areas. Kids were happy and wife also. What can be better than that ????. From inside you can clearly see what is being displayed in the market and already have an idea what to choose while relaxing, eating and discussing and of course when your soft drink cup is empty, just refill it for free.. Stop reading, just get there and experience it..

It was the most devastating experience I've ever had in a restaurant. The burger was terribly dry and over crispy. The sauce was too little I had to open the burger up to see it. It was too small for its price. Oh I don't want talk about lettuce! I'm still wondering if it was indeed a lettuce or cabbage which I was served. The place was clean though and quiet. Will I go there again? I'll think about it.
