Had dinner with friends. Staff great and friendly however slightly disappointed when hubby's starter was the remaining calamari pieces/crumbs compared to what was served to the other guests at the table. The Manager on duty was quick to rectify the situation
Overall experience was wonderful and is highly recommended. I'll be back

Service on the Brakfast Buffet was terrible. The lady at the door seems to hâte her job and make you feel it. Sloppy attitude, does no know what hot breakfast beverages are available. Every second sentence is: I have to check. Sloppy working attitude. Serves coffee for one guest at the table, ignores the other ones. Hotel just reopened a week ago but this is NO excuse. Maybe general management should give this person an extra workshop, cause really she needs it! Otherwise she also maybe should reconsider her position and go and clean toilets until she maybe realizes, that she had an amazing job!

O no, no Onomo again. A cockroach in de room. Mooie availabel. By the start brown water in se shower. A taxi, don't take it from the hotel. Unicab realky nice alternative. Laundry? Not by using the hotel. Ridiculous price. So make your price in advence. The hotel needs an upgraden.

I haven't stayed at the facility. I'm trying to call them to enquire about their services and phones aren't answered. It just rings non stop and this is the first thing that will describe the kind of service you will get at the hotel

Great rooms and atmosphere. Really enjoyed our stay there. The staff were really helpful and friendly although, housekeeping is a bit unreasonable as they came to clean our before the checkout time. A heads up relating to parking would be welcomed when booking at the hotel so that one is prepare to pay for overnight parking, if one has a rental car. Overall a great hotel.

The staff who park the cars u0026 welcome you into the hotel are very friendly u0026 well mannered. The hotel is nice u0026 quiet, it is clean u0026 the front desk is very helpful. The rooms are lovely u0026 serviced daily. My only issues were that the bathroom is a bit small u0026 I would recommend putting the 'Do not disturb' sign on the door if you are in the room as the room service often open the door without knocking. Otherwise a great stay, we will be back.

The hotels breaths a historic vibe, despite its modern look. The downtown location gives it a real 'African vibe' (compared to hotels in the modern Vu0026A Waterfront), but if that suits your purpose of visit, I would'nt look further. Good value-for-money!
