An amazing space to host important events like the International tourism festival, the space has that grandeur feel makes the audience feel like they could be anywhere around the world incredible space indeed.

We watched the Minstrel Carnival from the Grand Parade in front of the City Hall. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves watching the troops pass by. The atmosphere was really jovial with the colours of the uniforms, the music and dancing. Each troop looked spectacular as they came up the road. It's an annual event that with more organisation and participation from the city can bring in more revenue and a more positive attitude about the Minstrel Carnival. There was food and beverages on sale and carnival accessories.
