I had a burger u0026 small fries. The burger was good but the fries was not as good as the fries at their Willowbridge branch. Still a big RocoMamas fan! Oh and the service was good--friendly staff :). Location is a bit dodgy but oddly enough the vibe is cool with students and locals roaming around.

Good food. Attentive waiters. Nice vibe. Well priced. Definitely a place to visit over and over as they are consistent.

Arrived in a group of 7.

We wanted to be seated inside, however was asked to be seated outside by a waiter. This was understandable because we were a larger group, but the seating was not pleasant, it was basically on the sidewalk outside of the main restaurant and we had to dodge street goers and scorching sun rays.

I think this is also why we waited so long for our orders to arrive (+/- 40 min), because the staff simply forgot that we were outside. Plus the inside wasn't busy and new spaces kept opening up inside.

It would have been appreciated to be reaccomodated inside as per original request.

Food was good though.

I love Rocco mama's and their food but last night I had a double cheese burger where the patty was heavily salted and smelt like fish. I asked the waitress to smell the patty to make sure I was not the only 1 smelling the fish and she said it might be the sauce, mind you there was mustard and mayo so how in the world would the sauce be the cause of the fish smell.

The waitress informed me she would let them know, I am not even sure who "them" are. I requested my burger to be taken away and nothing was done there after not even a apology for that awful burger.

Two stars because my latest visit was a bit underwhelming and somewhat disappointing. Got our drink order wrong, chips had so much salt on it its basically inedible. Worst atmosphere I've ever experienced in a restaurant, you couldn't even talk with someone across the table from you! All because they let another table be ao obnoxiously load! Had a look at other tables, same thing, people sitting without saying a word because you cant hear a thing apart from the circus table. They allowed one loud table to ruin the vibe of the entire room!

We came here late around 6pm we find the place quite,there wasn’t a lot of people we were attended to real quick,and placed our order of meal and drinks.People I was with had burgers and I had my favourite chicken strips,fries and the sweet chilli sauce just the way i like them.We had our savanna’s and the bill for the three of us was less than 500 if I’m not mistaken.The place is close to chicken licken.I love everything about the place music,cleanliness and the service.The parking was just across the road not too far from the restaurant.

A Rocco Mama's Gem.

It doesn't have anything particular that makes it stand out like some Rocco Mama's in Cape Town, but the restaurant is run very well by the current manager and most staff are very friendly.

I was a regular during university for takeouts and dining in. The food is well prepared, consistent and timely.
