Very friendly staff, facility is always clean. Variety of machines to choose from, but some of the machines sometimes don't work. They have the best personal trainers to choose from that will assist you based on your needs.

I use this gym daily and I've experienced it at all its times. If you go during the weekdays in the morning, it's busy because of the workforce going before work. In the afternoon it's absolutely packed to the brim and continues till round 18:00-18:30. During this time it's difficult to use equipment and you might even argue that it's difficult to get a good workout in. On the weekends it isn't busy and is nice to use. The pool, sauna and steamroom are together at the top of the gym. It's located above both of the changing rooms which makes it easily accessible. I like the layout of the gym and the equipment is reasonably up to date... It's just a bit busy sometimes.

The trainers and staff here are so accommodating and friendly. I am that annoying person who is there until closing time. Well equipped gym for its size. I’m impressed

Gym is ridiculously busy during peak hours, 6-8am u0026 4-7pm. If you don't like waiting for a machine then just come earlier or later. Gym is in great condition, nice pool, clean facilities. Recommend for anyone

This club is not on Virgin Active standards at all. Reception desk is so unfriendly and can’t answer questions about there own club. As a new member no one shows you around and there is no employees on the floor. Way to many machines not working. Really disappointed in this club.

I have just joined the team of hallo Peter complaints. Most rude, unfriendly, unhelpful reception desk staff. Don't waste your time or money by joining them, read contracts carefully and read the reviews on all internet sites. The staff is mot adequately trained to assist you or to deal with questions.

Always full. Gotta wait forever to get benches, machines and the weights that you need. Bench also collapsed once while I was doing skull crushers. Wouldn't recommend
