Phoned 4 times to get a take away but they wouldn’t answer their phones. We then decided to go in and order and then the server at the till spoke to me in such a Condescending tone when I asked for a takeaway. Apparently only one chef works on a Tuesday so orders can take up to one hour so the server said to me that they didn’t really want to take my order. If he explained it nicely and not in a nasty tone I would’ve been fine but now I’m so put off I never want to order from this Simply Asia ever again.

Pretty authentic u0026 takes me back to my Thailand memories!
Just don’t buy their Roti it’s always under-cooked u0026 oily. Not nice at all.

We were recommended to try this place for Thai food. It was not great, the flavors were definitely not authentically Thai, or even Asian, had the taste of synthetic, mass produced fast food, even the soya sauce had a chemical flavor. The Satay sauce was tasteless and the duck noodles with peanut sauce were tough and disappointing. The filling in the duck spring rolls was questionable and the vegetable spring rolls were inedible. The ginger was almost red instead of pale pink. Desserts were saturated in sugar - condensed milk and brown sugar rotis or banana!!! Or chocolate spring rolls. A recipe for instant diabetes. Definitely NOT going back for a repeat performance!

First 1 star I've ever given. Just wow. Waiting hours and hours for food, noone answers the phone when you follow up and when they do they are so dismissive. Never again!

Terrible service - after calling multiple times and no one answering their phone, the order was refused. The staff are HIGHLY unorganised and rude. Definitely never coming here again.

Disappointing to find out that the waiter did not want to take in more orders due to the restaurant being in full capacity when it clearly was not.
The waiter was also rude. Sadly it was completely unacceptable.
