Excellent local favourite for a breakfast, lunch or simply a quick coffee. I've been here many time and the food is always good. The Carrot Cake is my favourite. They also have a great cappuccino and the Gyro and Egg's Benedict are worth a mention. No need to book, just pitch up and enjoy.

A most pleasant cafe within walking distance from the Ruppert Art Museum. The decor is tasteful with fantastic use of natural light illuminating the establishment through large windows along the length of the layout. The cakes look delicious! I however, can only attest to the 'chicken, avo and camembert wrap' being absolutely sublime!

The background music was a Playlist of indie acoustic covers of major hits from the last couple of decades which contributed to the very pleasant atmosphere. Numerous plants complete the decor providing the patron with a pleasant wholesome experience.

I will be coming back. There were many interesting items on the menu I look forward to sampling.

Free WiFi! Enabling me to post this review while still sitting here.

Delicious food, friendly waiters, good service. One of the best in Stellenbosch by far. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

The Ya-Ya Café has a very good reputation and although I had a good experience, I only went for coffee so can't really give more than 3. They have various different styles of coffee on the menu and the Flat White I ended up going for was very tasty. I did have a look at their food menu which also had a nice variety, but their prices (although not exorbitant) are definitely on the higher side.  When we arrived I did have a look inside the café which was beautifully decorated in a French Café style,  but seeing as it was a nice day we decided to sit outside on the sidewalk which was just as great. It is good to note that they don't have a lot of parking at the restaurant, however there is an open field close by where you can park within walking distance of the café. As I have heard good things previously about them I will definitely be back to grab something to eat and will most probably be giving a better rating.

A firm favorite in Stellenbosch. If you want a bit more quiet and free parking, Yaya cafe is the place to go. It is a lot more spacious than some of the other cafes in town, and a good place to sit and work.

Their staff is accommodating and will make you feel at home.

Especially recommend their bowls and the almond coconut cake. ????
