I was introduced to Nicole through a friend of mine. I will forever be grateful that this introduction was made, through sending various images of what I thought my (now fiancé) would like, Nicole produced the most outstanding, exquisite ring that either of us could have imagined. The service was exceptional and the entire experience has already made me recommend the diamond gallery and their services to personal friends of mine, and I will continue to do so. I could not recommended this place more. If diamonds or precious stones are what you're looking for, don't even bother going anywhere else. Whether you're after something readily available or a bespoke piece, you won't get a better product or higher level of service experience anywhere else. Nicole and the team are absolutely amazing, they really go over and above to create the perfect piece for each customer. They created the most incredible engagement ring for me and we are back to do our wedding bands with them....and we will definitely be back again for more!!!!

Nicole was super helpful and made the experience enjoyable. She has the widest range of items I have ever seen at any jewellery shop and affordable prices. I am super happy with my purchase and will definitely go back.

TDG's Nicole helped me just before and during South Africa's COVID lock down- first with plain gold bands and shortly thereafter with an engagement ring. The whole process took place via Whatsapp and telephone and I am astounded at the great recommendations Nicole made after just talking with me a few times! She understood the style I was looking for and was able to make recommendations that fit my budget and imagination. Her passion for what she does is contagious and she managed to make the process special even though we had to meet at creative venues during lock down so that I could get my rings in time! Her aftercare is also great- afterwards I could discuss the fit and look etc with her and she was as quick with questions or resizing after the rings were delivered as she was with her initial service. TDG is also very quick, once I confirmed the plans it only took a few days to make and deliver the final product. Thank you for a great experience Nicole and TDG!

I bought emerald huggie earrings from Nicole. They are exactly as per the description and although there was a significant delay in receiving them (entirely due to the freight delivery company) they arrived. Nicole is very responsive when communicating with her customers and takes pride in her products and customer service.

Personal attention given and I found the staff to be helpful and very knowledgeable. Also excellent prices for fine jewellery and I could even have pieces made up. A definite winner!
