We purchased a 6 x pack of Mini Bons (R150). Was expecting a good taste experience, unfortunately the bun inside was extremely dry. Left a customer review on the official Cinnabon Site and to date no one has contacted me.

Absolutely divine... I ordered off MrD but they were really so so good. Not too sweet but just the right amount to hit the spot for a sweet craving. Always enjoy a sweet treat from Cinnabon. One of my favorite desserts ????

I was at Cinnabon in gateway yesterday and I purchased something which looked like a smoothie on the advert on your wall. So I asked the lady if its a smoothie and she said yes. So I ordered one. The taste was was not like what a smoothie tastes like. I paid R38 for something that was filled with ice which turned watery in a few minutes. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. This also looks like false advertising, cause what we saw on the picture was not what we got to drink. And also we do know what a smoothie should taste like.

It's very nice but in a month the prices went up but the petrol price didn't go up yet so how much will they increase prices when the petrol price shoots up. Update , now they don't have what I want there's always a problem here

The prices are fair or slightly higher than expected. The ice coffee is good and the buns are so good they make you feel guilty for having them. Staff are good. The location is very accessible.

These are probably the best tasting cinnamon rolls ever but i just don't think i have it in me to pay R30 for a cinnamon roll thats the size of my fist ever again.

Really a takeaway type place as they don't have a seating area of their own. The desserts however are very sweet and delicious. Ideal snack if you are on your way to the dentist.
