The rooms were great although the shower could be a bit cleaner and more leveled. However, house-keeping kept our room refreshed everyday. Breakfast was good but it got a bit rowdy at times but that's no fault of the hotel. Friendly receptionist but I forgot her name. The manager at the restaurant for breakfast was very friendly. However, my biggest pet peeve about the hotel is the slow elevator. Overall an 8/10.

I have been here 3 times this year ???? the consistency is on point ???? all 3 visits was unbelievably amazing. I love friendly staff as soon as I enter any hotel and here they are friendly and also very helpful. I would go back here anytime and I will also recommend this beautiful establishment to anyone looking for accomdation. Thank you for a memorable experience ????❤️

Grateful to secure a place on an impromptu basis. Basic but usable. Very clean sheets and warm throw for the hot night. Accommodating staff, much appreciated.

I was told that this hotel needs an upgrade...so wrong! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the BEST staff all round???? the waitrons, management, bartenders and reception. Thank you for a great stay. It is definitely cheaper to book online. The reservations desk does not answer calls or emails timeously. This can be improved. A toilet brush, earbuds and some tissues will be a good addition in the rooms. The shower head is at an awkward angle and cannot be adjusted.
Great efficient conference facilities. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don’t know where to start
Just last night I was at riverside hotel Durban 18/08/22 room 106
I’m so upset right now I wasn’t going to do this but the housekeeping “manager” got me worked up.
I was bitten by bedbugs last night in their bed provided pictures of my bite makes and of the bedbug and she has the nerve to say it’s not a bedbug mind you the picture is as clear as day she says it’s an insect so I’m the crazy 1 here. the guy at reception then changed my room but I mean come on who on earth would sleep after experiencing such I’m traumatised I feel like bugs are walking all over my body I will try upload the pictures.I will be uploading pictures on hello Peter this is unacceptable.

Unfortunately we booked the wring date, so we didn't get a chance to stay at this hotel. The place was full. Unfortunately what i didnt like was the receptionist lack of assistance to try and find us some where else to stay. And while i understand it is not her job to help the competition, in this service centred business surely the customer comes first???
