The guy making sushi lied hence the star
Waited an hour for sushi only to be told that the sushi will be another 40 minutes only to find out he had not even begun our order. The gentleman next to us had returned after 2 hours and his meal was still not ready. If you busy then be honest and let your customers know decent time frames so they can decide weather to stay or go somewhere else, don't be selfish and make people wait so long and then make no compensation for the wait. Eventually we asked for a refund and it was gladly given to use as the order was not even begun after so long waiting
