Great view, average food. Just dropped by for an afternoon snack. I had the homemade bread with a poke bowl. The homemade bread turned out to be a home-buttered slice of toast (picture for reference). The poke bowl contained canned pineapples but was okay other than that.

Good cocktails, but sadly that was the only good thing. My girlfriend and I both ordered their line fish of the day, which was Kabeljou... and how we wish we ordered something different. We both have food poisoning now and need medical assistance. Spending R900 for a couple plates of mediocre fish and then getting sick from it - not worth it. Which is a shame because the restaurant looks beautiful and the cocktails were very nice. This was also my first time here as my South African girlfriend said this place was really nice - we were both really disappointed.

Absolutely beautiful Seaview and very friendly staff. We had the Seafood platter for 2. It was more than enough and made to perfection. Diners next to us raved about the paella so next time I'll definitely order the paella.

Delicious little dinner spot with an absolute beautiful view over Hermanus old harbour. Best thing I ate in a while was a starter called Japanese oystes, absolutely delicious (photo attached) I also had the sweet and sour hake, which was delicious, not perfect, but very interesting and tasty. My wife had the salt and pepper calamari which was crispy, fresh and well seasoned. Accompanied by delicious cocktails it was a great dinner with good service. Slightly on the expensive side, but it's a great spot for a date night with beautiful views and absolutely friendly staff.

Update - took visitors and family for the Japanese oysters, still the best on town. Just walked in and had oysters, I just had to share the goodness. Thanks for the great quality and interesting twist to an already delicious oyster. The regular oysters are also delicious, sweet and fresh. Will have one everytime I'm in Hermanus. Craving them already

Could not of asked for a better place to have Date Night. Excellent service and Delicious food. We will be back

The restaurant's views is beautiful! The service was good and the staff was friendly.
