It was so refreshing to find a restaurant in Hermanus that offered an exceptional culinary experience. I was really impressed with the innovative combinations of flavors and textures throughout the 5 dishes that I tasted. Each dish is perfectly sized and the Chef's attention to detail in plating was outstanding. Wild aslo offers an interesting variety of quality wines, craft beers and cocktails to pair with their food, and I could not fault the service from their friendly attentive frontline staff... overall an excellent culinary experience while enjoying the beautiful views of Hermanus Old Harbour and Whales breaching in the bay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and awesome cocktails and food served. It was a unique experience, definitely to be had again. An eye opener to see the professionalism in the manner the cocktails were prepared and represented, not to mention the cuisine which was out of this world, sending our tastebuds on safari.

Wonderful Wild experience! World Class Mixologist, the cocktails are next level, great fun reading through the wide selection on offer, to satisfy any taste and all pallets, evening not long enough…. Food unique and prepared perfectly! One of a kind experience, Highly recommended !

I had the privilege of attending the opening of WILD restaurant in Hermanus. It is the most beautiful restaurant I have ever seen. The attention to detail is astounding. So much thought has gone into it to create the most beautiful dining experience. The food is absolutely incredible. Bruce the mixologist gave us the most delicious cocktails. Service is great…the waiters are so friendly. Wishing the WILD team lots of success. You have a winning recipe. Can’t wait for my next dining experience. Thank you for an incredible evening ✨

I have watched from a, distance this WILD dream evolve. It's been a treat the whole journey. So glad we have creative and fearless entrepreneurs. My first impression of the new WiLD Restaurant Hermanus was the panoramic view, the unique display and selection of wines, the charismatic bar and cocktail area and to crown the whole experience a choice menu of exotic foods and desserts. What an evening. Looking forward to going back.
