Extremely long waiting times and no updates , you just sit and wait and have go continuously to the front to ask them about your order . It shouldn't be this much of a hassle

Disgusting.
Oily, raw and just tastes bad!!
The pizza literally tastes like chemicals.

I placed an order via the Pizza Hut app at 18:00 and followed up at 19:30 as my delivery had still not arrived. Despite having received an order confirmation for my order, I was told that the branch never received it as they don't have Internet. The manager advised that I'd have to wait till 21:00 to receive my delivery - 3 hours after it was placed. I eventually had to go to the branch to show them my order confirmation u0026 they only then started preparing the food. There wasn't a single customer at the branch. Surely if you know most of your orders are online or app orders, there should be a backup Internet solution in place? The service was terrible and they made no effort to correct the issue in a timely manner.

I called to order on the 27 Aug, the call Centre took my order. I received an sms to confirm, with an order number. When I got to the store, I gave my order number but was asked for my name instead. I was advised that there is no order for me. Despite me running late and only arriving 30 minutes after placing the order.
I called the call center and was cut off while trying to establish what's happening.
The call center then calls back on the store line and was very unhelpful with many excuses. My number comes up as another name but not even the one that the order was placed as.
Eventually, Dinah and Khanyi assisted. My order was placed under the name of Denise, but the order number was correct. I am not sure why the order could not be picked up on the number.
Dinah has confirmed replacing my order, when I am ready. Thank you Dinah and Khanyi for good customer service.

Good pizza but seems one only gets what you ordered if you go in. Ordering via delivery apps, they give the wrong bases and toppings more often than not. In store this never happens and I always have a good experience.
