Their burgers are good - if you're prepared to go through the motions of really bad service.

I ordered a chicken burger and chips, and was assured it would take 10min to prepare - as I was in a rush. 25 min later, I had to take a cold chicken burger from the counter, and leave. No communication, blunt and rude service, and no chips. There was a crowd of customers with a similar problem.

Management, your chicken is good, don't let poor service kill your store.

As per the attached photo I may choose a side and add a Coke. When I wanted to choose a side I was told sorry the only side I may choose is chips. Then I wanted a Coke Zero, I was told no I cannot choose Coke but only other Coke products.

How do u advertise a mealie if I can’t have it and why on earth show a Coke if I can only have Fanta?

This is absolutely false advertising or your staff are complete idiots. Either way shocking service.

Disgusting service.. Very rude cashier who takes order plus dont care attitude, very bad service.. I wouldn't recommend any one to eat from this place..i bought take away.. When I opened the parcel. I was laughing literally.. It was 2 bites only for R50.. You can check the portion

I ordered a fully chicken when i got home they put one wing and one thigh under they put 5 breast meat we couldn't eat the chicken was hard it tested like old chicken and it tested roaten . I will never go there again .i will make sure i tell everyone to not go there . Service was very bad . I wonder the restaurant is always quite.

It was very late at night when we were there at the Senior Calistos restaurant. We requested the staff to help us with the grilled chicken ???? . It was a great experience after eating their meal ???? . Very delicious ???? very hot and very fresh food. I love to go again and again this place. I recommend this restaurant to everyone because of their hospitality , nice staff and wonderful, delicious food.

Wish I didn't have to even place 1 star for this restaurant. Food is horrible... Attitude of staff is pathetic.. There are no plates or cups when ordering the family meals... They purposely put less sauce on your burgers so that when you ask they want to charge you for additional sauce sachets. I may have been waiting to ask for extra sauce for about 10 mins in which Ive seen a total of 5 people come to complain about their service. I could've rather just went to the KFC next door and a better meal for half the price on what I've wasted on this establishment. Never Again!

Stood in the line for 30 minutes (1 cashier) and then told the meal will take another 25 minutes to prepare after order has been placed.
