Ice cream machine has been "broken" for months. How much longer do you reckon it can take a profitable franchise to repair this problem? Or could it possibly be incompetent management that hasn't done anything about it? I'll tell you this much though, it's standing upright and it has electricity. If there were to be a software issue or an element or a cooling/gas issue. Can it again take months and months? Even McDonald's that use to have this issue can fix it up in a week. Months? This is beyond comprehension. Taylor ice-cream machines are the most popular machines in the world. Parts are freely available. GET IT FIXED.

The staff is angry, not friendly at all. There’s only one Burger King in Polokwane and so I decided to take my little cousins to go eat there and since it was their first time they asked which meals would be delicious and the lady who was helping was so impatient and angry the whole time. Good service goes a long way honestly. A little disappointed with the service received

Love the burgers juicy, big and their kit kat ice cream as amazing creamy and big chunks of kit kat pieces it was worth the effort

My boyfriend didn't enjoy their whooper because of some white sauce, however I'd eat burger King any day. I tried the chicken tenders for the first time and they were everything. Don't like the barbecue sauce they give you.
