We arrived there on a Saturday afternoon at 6pm. No one available to show us to a table. I should have turned around then. After a wait a lady showed up. I must mention that I tried to speak to a gentleman behind the counter. He ignored us. No covert measures applied. She showed us to a table that had shelves above it with bottles ready to fall. We ordered a bottle of wine which took 30 minutes to bring! Only after I asked everyone passing us by. Luckily the food arrived 45 minutes after placed. That is a really long time to make 2 pastas.
No condiments were brought and halfway through our meal the chillies and garlic arrived. No cheese. Out of stock. I lie you not. An Italian restaurant without cheese. Clearly no owner/ manager ( which we never saw) involvement. Now the pastas was great but my Seafood pasta was cold. However there was no time to fix this as we had a movie waiting. We paid and left. What a pity to stuff up such a great brand with understaffed and badly trained staff. Further no management on the floor. The food was great, but the taste of bad service lingers in my mouth and it will be a NO for another visit in the future

Arrived at 6. Waited 10min for waiters to mop the stairs before we could get to our table upstairs. Waited 2 hours for our order. With 1 of the pizzas with wrong toppings. Some of our drinks were forgotten. Our waiter didn't check up on us. Ice cream, creamy sauce pastas, waffles were all out of stock.
All the customers that arrived after us got their food first and left. Some tables were left uncleared around us.
We only managed to get out of there 9:15.

Very bad experience. The waiters don't care. the customers are all forgotten. Not recommended.

Arrived and asked for a baby chair which the waiter places on the broken table we were seated at. As I put my baby in the chair, with his weight now in the chair the table flips up on the other end....how do they not know that table is broken and seat a baby chair there. On arrival I immediately order a waffles for my toddler and I to share as lunch treat. These restaurant is not even half full. Gave up after waiting 30 minutes...for 1 waffle, paid for my Coke and left..
Terrible service and will never go back.

THOUGH IT'S IN MY FAVOURITE CITY POLOKWANE, IN TERMS OF SERVICE, THIS HAS TO BE HANDS DOWN THE WORST PANAROTTIS I KNOW AND FREQUENT. POOR DOESN'T EVEN BEGIN TO EXPLAIN IT. I'M DINNING IN AND TYPING THIS WHILST WAITING FOR PIZZA THAT I'VE ORDERED OVER AN HOUR AGO, BEER GLASS THAT I'VE REQUESTED FROM A GHOST ABOUT 30MIN AGO AFTER HAVING TO GET OUT OF MY SIT TO GO TO THE TILL TO ASK FOR SOME ATTENTION...NOW I'M BEING SERVED BY I DON'T KNOW WHO. WORST PART IS THAT THIS IS ALWAYS THE CASE HERE.

Good pizza. Great space for the kids. Stuff is great too. But their restrooms can be so dirty when its too busy. I had to go out and take the kids to the nearest mall restroom. If they can clear that up, my stars would increase.

Amazing atmosphere, a lovely environment for the kids! Super staff and the best pizza in polokwane! Well done to the team!
