A consultant by the name of Lerato was very rude to the customers who were in front of me. I could hear her shouting at them like a biss. No customer service etiquette.
In my case, she just tried by all means not to assist me. She kept on discouraging me and every cell phone I ask about is stockout without checking the system. She wouldn't even give a possible turnaround time, all she does is encourage you to make an online application. I've never seen a sales industry that horrible. Home affairs even gives better service than that.
It really felt like I was in a government service department. Close the shop or up your game Telkom Mall of the north.
