Clean restaurant,quick service,friendly staff. I really loved the mocha latte that I had????????❤️ very well blended and balanced flavour/taste. The bacon was a bit dry though not as expected but overall it’s a lovely place.was just passing by for Brekkie???? keep it up @Cuppicinos ????????????????????????????

We have been craving some mouth watering meals and they exceeded our expectations. I like me some meat and they gave me a whole lot of that. The service is amazing, we had a better time. I'm not a pizza person but this pizza had a secret weapon, like it was perfect. Until next time keep it up.

Service was good but they served us with cracked and dirty crockery, tea pot lid not fitting tea pot making the tea cold. They served us 1 teabag in the huge teapot that can give 4 cups of rooibos and then charged us extra for a teabag so that the tea doesn’t taste like water. Then the bill came with extra things that we didn’t add. Management must make a plan, never going to this cappuccino’s again.

The best thing about Cappuccino's is the people. The service is terrible, but when you finally get some social interaction after being starved of a menu for so long, I guess there's nothing more you can feel but pure ecstacy at some attention. The food isn't great either. I've been there three times and I came away less enthusiastic about the food each time I walked away. The food, bar the pizza lacked seasoning no matter what I ordered and is usually dry, see fettuccine Al Pollo pic above. On my last visit, I got some sushi downstairs at Ocean Basket and headed to Cappuccinos for the drinks because they have a descent wine selection. As for the cocktails - a sugary mess. Unless you get a Bloody Mary - which is then a salty affair! The greatest experience, however, was shaggin' it up in the smoker's section, getting caught on camera and receiving two complaints: one for public indecency, and the other for having Ocean Basket at their establishment. It was smoothed over with an order and a tip, and the two bros didn't kick us out. Like I said, the best thing about Cappuccino's is the people. And maybe the wine selection. So unless you're looking to be a bit indecent in public, you're better off somewhere else. But then, it's Polokwane, so it might be the most adult place you can find besides Cofi.

If there was a zero star rating I'd give this place. Service was awful, waited 1h30 for our order. We had to be moved from one table to another because they kept on saying they are reserved for people who never showed up. Waiter gave me wrong drink. When the food came it was not seasoned with any spice, chicken portions were incorrect. The salads looked like they were made in a hurry. Definitely wouldnt recommended my worst ememy to eat at this hell hole. All that nonsense was served with a smile.

I had the Balsamic Beef pizza. The Beef strips tasted like I imagine old shoes to taste, terrible. Once taken off, the pizza was decent. I may try it again, but I'll substitute the meat. 3/5 for food (being generous actually).

Donald was my server. He was really brilliant. Suggesting I move my car to safer parking. Great service. I'll go back when I'm in Polokwane again. Will try something else instead because of Donald's service. 5/5 for staff and management.

Love the oven baked pizzas. A few weeks ago I ordered a pizza with sun dried tomatoes as one of ingredients. I got cherrie tomatoes. Today i asked about the sun dried tomatoes and was informed that its not available. I had to order my second choice without sun-dried tomatoes. They would have served me cherrie tomatoes again if I ordered an hoping I would not notice. This is not acceptable. Take it off menu if you can't get sun-dried tomatoes but please don't think we are fools not to notice.
