Situated on the start of the entrance of Mall of the north, Nandos is a great place to have a meal with your family. It contains ground and upper floor dining area, where the Covid 19 protocols are adhered in a perfect. I did not know what to order but the cashier was generous enough to assist me. It was a cold day but the ground floor dining area was very warm. I had a great time and will be coming back soon.

I had a very bad experience we understood that we arrived in the time of loadshedding but after the electricity kicks back we waited for more that 30min without any communication from the manager or any staff....please improve your service..nandos mall of the north

The best thing about this Nandos is that it has plenty of table for sit in. And has a upstairs part where u can sit in a Balcony and enjoy the view from above.

The shop is clean and nicely decorated with beautiful colors and art. Also bathroom is very clean.

Friendly Staff as well.

The service I received was good. However when a person orders spicy chips, can you not put all the spice a the top. Put in a portion chips ,add spice,add more Chips then add spice again. It makes the chips nicer

I've never seen such a dirty restaurant in my life! We had to clean our own table which was full of leftovers and crockery. It took us a while and surprisingly, some employees saw us cleaning but never cared. The bathrooms were dirty and smelly. Fortunately I visited the bathroom before eating. I give them 2 stars for their delicious food.

I am personally a huge fan of Nandos there is never a dull moment. I was visiting Polokwane From Jhb and no matter where I go Nando's rocks, staff avve us amazing service and this pic tells it all...
