Very satisfied customer! Had a very challenging shipping process but fish and plants alive and happy. Survived an outstanding 6 days in shipping due to me living very remote, they did an excellent job with packing. Highly recommend WaveAqua for all your aquarium and livestock needs, will definitely be supporting them in the future ????

Despite seeing some bad reviews and a delivery delay, I'm very happy. The plants I ordered are fantastic quality. I will definitely be placing another order real soon.

Kind people ever!! Their customer service requires you to be more patient because their stock take time to be available because of the stock that is always out. So my order took 2weeks but they managed to make perfect agreements with me to do replacements with what they could offer instock. So doing more u0026 more follow up it is very helpful. Lukas and Stephan are the best in assistance. I'm happy with my products "including the fish",,they came home alive and kicking. And they really help with beginner advices about what you bought and so. Thank You so much you guys are the best!. My Courier Service was getting late to fetch my parcel but he was communicating with him to make sure he get my parcel and sacrificed to wait 20 minutes because the store was closed.

I've bought a stand and fish from this place and the service was amazing. I'm very happy with my products and the people there know their stuff and give the best tips and advice! I definitely recommend this shop.

Excellent store!
Customer service is above and beyond.
Both in-store and online shopping are a pleasure.
Side note: The quality of their plants is incredible!!

Their online service is soooooo slow! Takes forever to ship and when it finally does, they use the worst (cheapest) courier, so your package goes out for deliver day, after day, after day.

Won't recommend or use their online store again. I REALLY regret not just ordering the stuff from takealot, I would have the stuff weeks ago if I did, even Amazon would have delivered faster from the US.
