Had to take my ring back after just over 6 months of having it as a stone fell out (no longer under warranty). It was ready to collect after 1 week and I had to pay for the replacement stone. I had it for less than a week thereafter and had to take it back as another stone fell out on the same ring just the other band. I have not even had a phone call to advise me on what is happening with it since I took it back which is just over 2 weeks ago. I called this morning just to find out if I could get some feedback, the "lovely" lady on the other side says I need your return number, I tell her I have the slip, just not on my being right now. She responded by saying ok please call back once you have it. I asked her could she not check under my surname as I filled in all that info in their receipt book so I know very well she is quite capable of checking in that book and getting the return number. Surely me as the client should not be begging for feedback and having to follow up on your defective product, you took my money with ease and I still don't have my item. You as the company that assisted me should be calling me with feedback. Your service is absolutely pathetic. I regret purchasing from your store! One thing that is extremely consistent is your pathetic customer service at NWJ CLEARWATER MALL!!!
