I called to trade in 4 PS5 games, Gamea still wrapped in plastic because I have digital copies. Returnal, Mortal Kombat ultimate edition, Metro exodus Complete Edition and MotoGP21 and I was told it’s R285 for all four games, if this isn’t the height of rip off. Then I don’t know what is, check how much they resell the games for

I bought a game. It showed an error every 30 minutes. I took the game back. They checked and after 10 minutes of playing they say there is nothing wrong with it. They refused to replace it.

Must produce ID to purchase second games. Probably a breach of POPIA. Asked the sales guy why is there a need for ID when purchasing, he could not provide a clear response.

Was in store and had picked out two games to buy, but when I went to pay the gentleman who was sitting by the till refused to assist me and remained on the phone. Did not bother calling another staff member who was at the back, and really did not care about making the sale so I ended up walking out... Poor customer service.

Staff not friendly at all, sadly it’s not the first time I experience this in the Clearwater store. No one offers help even though you clearly look lost. Wanted to get a gift for my son and asked for assistance as I have no knowledge when it comes to the gaming community but got a very meh and non-interested response and eventually just walked out????
