We had such a great stop over stay at this very beautiful space. Corrie our host went out of her way to accommodate our family of 6. The rooms are very clean with amazing linen and towels. There are complimentary waters and swimming towels. The pool was a welcome treat in the heat. We were also able to do washing and the accessibility to town allowed us to walk and take in the beauty that is Stellenbosch.

Outstanding! Everything we needed for our few days in Stellies. Lettie was super helpful - nothing was too much trouble. She helped arrange our laundry, and gave us a room to store our bicycles for our whole stay. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything we needed. The kitchenette is great. Internet worked well. Rooms were well serviced. Pool was great especially when it was 36°!

This guest house has the feel of a homely hotel stay. My room was well stocked with all the items one needs and the facilities were superb. Great thought has been put in with the guest in mind. Great central location to get around Stellenbosch, especially to the town such that driving there is not necessary.

Really nice! The room and bathroom are comfortable, there's room to park, good internet, a pleasant outdoor area, and a very nice host. You also get keys that allow you to go in and out freely. It's a reasonably short walk into downtown.

From the friendly greeting to the information given about rooms etc. Fantastic host. Nespresso coffee machines in the room for the coffee drinkers. Very clean and tidy rooms. Lovely pool deck and area. Rooms are set up for self cathering. Clean bathrooms with a very nice big shower. Bath and showee in the batheoom. Wifi available. Set in a beautiful part of stellenbosch. Close to great restaurants. Nice and cosy geusthouse.

Very good guesthouse for a good price. It's self catering but they help with little amenities and a good attention to detail. Very comfortable rooms with wifi and all the bits you need whether it's for business or pleasure.

After an intense work week in Cape Town, I decided to spend a night in the winelands, before flying back home. The drive into Stellenbosch from Cape Town is breath taking. After a search online, the reviews for 7 Ackermann guest house were promising , and the price per night extremely attractive. It did not disappoint. I join other reviewers , who give this establishment near perfect scores. I was warmly greeted by the owner , Lettie , as I drove in. She swiftly completed admin , and gave me a quick tour of the place. It’s well maintained , very clean and the pool deck inviting. The rooms are incredibly spacious , well furnished , clean and comfortable. There’s a large bath and shower en-suite . Good quality soaps , shower caps and lotions are complimentary. It’s a short walk to the central social hub . Check out is at 10 am the next morning. However, Lettie accommodate my luggage onsite while I toured the winelands. A few hours , and wine tastings later , I was welcomed back , and even allowed to freshen up in one of their rooms, before heading to the airport. This guest house ticked all the boxes , and I will certainly be back. Its value for money , clean , convenient and you get a sense that the owners understand the customer experience.
