Most amazing and affordable place around. Great hosts Barbara and Harry. You can walk to the Waterfront or to the City centre or hail your ride a stone throw from the guesthouse. I stayed in a room that has a beautiful sunlit kitchen with all the utensils toaster and a stove to cook.
You get coffee or tea on the house.
If you are looking for a great affordable place, look no further

Barbara is friendly and greeted us warmly. The room is comfortable and beautifully decorated.if you have bad knees the stairs can be a bit challenging, we didn't realise how steep the stairs would be. And the night life on the main road a little noisy. But all in all it was a very pleasant stay with lovely hosts. I loved the stain glass windows.

Wonderful location if you need to be close to the CBD. Walk to the Cape Quarter to grab some groceries and coffee from the local coffee shops. Rooms are clean and host is very friendly.

What a gem we found on the Green Point main road. Harry, greeted us on arrival and was an excellent host, even walking us to the restaurant we had booked for a birthday celebration dinner. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean and the bed was really comfortable. Nicely decorated guest house and very welcoming. A truly wonderful stay. We will be back!

Our trip to Cape Town was made by our stay in the Greenhouse Guesthouse and the hospitality of the owner, Harry. The location of the property is fantastic - perfectly situated between the CBD and the beautiful Green Point parks. The rooms are delightful and frequently cleaned. If you have any issues or needs, Harry is always available to help you out. I never write reviews, but was compelled to share our wonderful experience. If you need a home in Cape Town for a couple of days or a matter of weeks, look no further!

Truly a gem on the edge of Cape Town CBD. The house has a very antique feel to it and you definitely get the feeling of the old Cape Town when staying there. The room that we stayed in was spacious and had a beautiful private sitting area overlooking the main road. Can truly recommend this place to anyone.

This will be my home in Cape Town for years to come. Harry is so kind and helpful. The place is beautiful and clean. 5 minutes walking distance to Vu0026A waterfront. Almost everything that you need is in the surrounding…shops, atms… I recommend this place 100%.
