Absolutely great service and tasty food, I had the lamb shank with a buttery mash and honey glazed carrots, shank could be eaten with a spoon as it was melt in the mouth. My partner had the lamb chops which were tender and well done to perfection, we finished of with a dessert of missippi mudpie to share, this was a perfect finish to the evening.
We tried them again on the next night but as we returned late to our hotel (21:45pm) we went to the restaurant at (22:00pm) time for the kitchen to call it a night but the staff and manager on duty didn't refuse us and took our order of lamb ribs which were the most amazingly tender, fall of the bone ribs we ever had. Overall great food and outstanding service!

I went to the restaurant last week for lunch with my dad and the venue has an aesthetic sitting area with plentiful natural lighting. The restaurant has lunchtime special offers which we decided to try. The special offers 5 lunch time options for R89 and includes a glass of a red/white Durban Hills wine. The special is only valid on weekdays and is not available on weekends and publics holidays

Good spot for meat and wine lovers! Preferably go with a local who can guide you on the choices! The staff is nice and prices are reasonable. Nice and quiet atmosphere.

The ambience is great but the waiters are not active. You get in there and spend over 20 minutes without anyone coming to take orders untill you go to the counter.

Service was not great, although it was somewhat busy. The food was reasonable: steak cooked as ordered, but chips not hot (not cold enough to complain either). Dessert, to be honest, was delicious (malva pudding).

Generally an okay evening, but better options abound down the road so they need to up their game.

Very disappointed with this restaurant. The waiter was very friendly and welcoming and they are Covid 19 compliant, but that’s about it for these guys. The Greek salad did not look good and it had lettuce with brown edges with ordinary feta, unlike the Greek salad at Butcher Boy’s, which is the same price but looks better and has Danish feta. I ordered my steak medium rare to medium, but my first steak was well done. Not good for a steakhouse or for my date who ate alone while I watched. The second steak was rare, but I had to eat it, because I couldn’t wait for another one to be cooked. Both our steaks were tasteless and required lots of salt and sauce to make it taste better. Disappointing, since they only serve the premium steaks on their menu. I will definitely not recommend this restaurant.

Great food ...Took too long to get that food though
No one should ever have to wait two hours for a steak
It's inhumane
Fix this !
