Parking is shocking, pay point doesn't work. Ended up paying twice.
Lots of smokers around the viewing area.
Nice setting otherwise.

Very poorly designed. Noisy. Noise travels from Legacy Yard through the entire building. Toilet overflowed and sewage leaked into the whole flat for 48 hours. Building has no maintenance manager or operations manager. General Manager Shelley refused to help.

Shocking parking system. Had to pay twice to exit eventually.
Waited 10min to get to exit because of cars backed up from faulty boom system.

Very windy but absolutely stunning! Great vibe. A few of the restaurants need to improve their service.
Edit: I have changed my rating from 5 stars to 4 stars and now down to 2 stars. I have visited at least once a week since they've opened. The food and service from the food vendors just gets worse as the weeks go by. I'm not sure if they assume that because they are based at such a beautiful venue, people will automatically flock there despite the horrendous, overpriced food that they serve. The staff don't seem to care either. It's still a great place to visit if you don't plan on eating anything. There are plenty of amazing eateries in and around Umhlanga. I won't be wasting my money here anymore. Maybe I'll try again in a year?
