Great location - beautifully designed.
Really, exceptional, high quality fit-out, and one of the best I have ever seen.
It was luxurious (without being over-the-top). Pure class.
The service was great, but maybe the attitude from reception staff could be improved slightly. I know hospitality, but every client is new and must be greeted and appreciated (no matter how their day is going). So, some room for improvement there - but small stuff.

Rooms are nice with everything you need. Maintenance and cleanliness could be a bit better however.

My beautiful sanctuary in the city. Love it here. Thanks for all the great memories at your restaurant which is what this review focuses on. It’s good for families, couples, business dinners, any type of occasion. Full disability access, all covid protocol observed and possibly one of the safest places in terms of avoiding covid because it’s so spacious and the ventilation is fantastic. The garden is like paradise and the views and sunsets never get old. I have only good things to say. The management is so friendly and even if I show up dishevelled after a long day filming in a dusty location no one has ever let me feel less than welcome or less in any way. It’s great to be treated with so much respect. The menu covers everything you could want and prices are great for the portion size and quality. You can come here with your vegan friends and know there are tons of options. Also there is always sufficient parking even when there are events on. I will add more to the review but hope this was helpful.

Very comfortable (and very large) rooms, attached to a gorgeous golf course. If I had a quibble it would be that (a) you're not allowed to walk - even on the perimeter of the golf course for most of the week, and (b) that the indoor pool was out of action while I was there. That said, food and drink options are nice, the neighborhood is pleasant and reasonably close to places, though very residential in nature, and the hotel is easy to get to and from the airport.

I have been here twice. Firstly at the Faith Mangope Training Institutes Graduation Party and secondly the National Science Awards and I had the time of my life...The hosts and waiters are so respectful, it is clean and absolutely beautiful. Getting off Louis Botha you might think you are into a dodgy place then you pass the traffic circle and voila opulence, I guess it just shows the normal craziness of the rich separated by a road from the poorest in South Africa. I loved it and will continue to visit.

Excellent service and friendly stuff.

Rooms were spacious and clean, very modern finishes, state of the art lighting.

Enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

Beautifully designed and decorated. Attentive staff, from security guards to waitrons to management. I love the toilets. Private, clean, inclusive of all genders. Great food. Waitrons know what they are talking about.
