I usually have a problm of burnt ten wings . I only see wen i get home please improve on your wings .. they are always burnt... can u have a supervisor checking on the grillers. Sometimes u order lemon and herb but it wil be chilly like it's peri peri????

Gave an order for chicken when ordered a vegetarian. When we went and complained , they were causal and said - ok we give you a veg. They didn’t even had a sorry or any sensitivity about it. Horrible service.

Excellent food freshly prepared within minutes. The only issue is that the cashiers need a bit more training on how to take orders more efficiently. Otherwise faultless. I especially love the store design. Good job. Keep it up!

Worst Nando’s sit-in experience I’ve had. We went there for an early brunch and all the workers were sitting in the store eating Nando’s and MAKING NOISE like high school kidz. The cashier seemed bored and sleepy and was downright rude.

Worst experience ever at Nando's Waterfall!
Initially Nando's Roll never added in my meal then I tell them to add it but that roll was not fresh at all, then they swap wedges with chips, like chicken ordered with chips and veg wrap ordered with weggies but they swap it and never apologize it. Then Veggie wrap was like they never warm up and when we complaint she make it warm but when she returned with fresh wrap my chicken meal got cold so we family didn't enjoy together eating there moreover waitress never apologize for there mistake! It was our first visit at this Nando's restaurant and will never go back. Last Sunday we were at Bergview Nando's and same meals were ordered and it was such a wonderful experience!
