My family moved to a new house recently and we had to get take-out for dinner.

Huge COMPLIMENTS to the team at KFC, Farmyard, Polokwane for the quality of the meal. It was literally the BEST KFC we have ever eaten. We placed a large order and ate in-store. Somehow the quality of the meal was way way way better than anything we have ever experienced at any KFC branch ever. All the chicken, chips, wraps, Colonel Burgers, Dunked Wings, Dunked Pops, etc were of exceptional freshness, quality and were the best KFC meal ever.

Our personal thanks go to the team at KFC Farmyard, and we REALLY hope that they can keep up this AMAZING food quality standard. I will definitely be telling as many people as possible that KFC Farmyard truly stands out as the best ever KFC food quality.

Poor Service offered via the drive through , incomplete order given to me ,had to turn around with my own diesel again to put in another order that wasn't included☹️☹️☹️ meaning wasting diesel which is expensive. Unfriendly employee at the collection point, displaying attitude. I'm not happy with the customer service at all

Why is it that employees doesn't like hitting target? They jeopardise the whole system from ordering to collection. Oh and also not having the food on the menu. Surely KFC head office will not be happy with the level of happiness of clients. Let's sort it out guys.

I'd put an online order, few minutes later it was done and ready to collect on the app.. But when I got there, my order was not even in. But otherwise customer friendly stuff ????

This KFC is at a very convenient location. Enough space for drive thru. Beautiful and clean restaurant. Service is a bit slow because its forever busy.

Avoid drive thru during hours when Mall of the Noth closes because is like when everyone leave the Mall they come for drive thru here. The staff is super friendly.

And you can see from my picture the shop got revamp a while back and it looks amazing.

This is the first KFC which has a self-service kiosk I have not seen any in Jose. Polokwane is doing something right.
