The owners seem friendly, they also have a great concierge (Nelli) who really goes out of her way. The room service for the most part is also good.

My shower had an issue with the hot water (which I did report but wasn't dealt with) and the the kitchen staff, although friendly, don't seem to know the menu too well.

The place is isolated and in a great location while also being close to two great malls. The owners have a good thing going that could use a bit of quality of life improvements.

Bad, the staff was unfriendly and rude. The receptionist will give you a disgusting look

Thanks ebandla for the service. The food was extremely good. I was always looking forward to be welcomed to breakfast with a big smile from the staff and the chef and smell of good food. On a different note, it will be good to consider putting bar fridges in the rooms and attend to safety issues- -for starters atleast place the evacuation plan in each room, assembly points to be visible.

We had a great stay at eBandla Hotel and Conference Center and looking at using the same Hotel in the future since it is near the Junction Mall, Dolphin Beach, uMhlanga Rocks and few more.

Staff is unfriendly and helpful
No breakfast buffet, no one explained how breakfast works, takes 30min to get a normal bacon egg breakfast
No hair dryer in room as recommended for a 4star
Road is terrible
Unpleasant from the moment i arrive. Checking out earlier to rather go stay somewhere else. Rooms are at least clean and nice

The pool was green. There was no wifi. I had no TV. The breakfast took way too long to be served to the 3 of us.... No one else in the dining room. The coffee awful. A butter wrapper lay on the floor. The table next to us had a used empty coffee cup that was not cleared. The omlettes were greasy.The toast was cold and soft. No informative booklet in the room. All together an awful experience at great expense for 1 night.

Courteous people, always ready to serve. Definitely staying again. It is about 40km away from Durban CBD though. It's a drag in the morning and afternoon like any other city, so plan ahead. PS. Learner drivers beware.
